Each gallery is thoughtfully curated to create a beautiful, cohesive collection that will last for generations to come.
Each of our wedding galleries includes the following:
- Complimentary Engagement Session: A one-hour engagement session within a one-hour radius of West Lafayette, IN. Should you prefer, this hour can alternatively be used as an add on to your wedding day for additional coverage.
- Woods Media Bridal Welcome Guide: A comprehensive digital guide filled with valuable wedding prep materials, helping you feel completely prepared and at ease on your special day.
- Custom Photography Timeline Planning: Tailored to your day’s unique flow, we will work with you to craft a seamless photography timeline that ensures we capture each and every special moment.
- Digital Gallery Delivery with Unlimited Downloads: Access to a beautifully curated, high-resolution digital gallery of your wedding day, with unlimited downloads so you can cherish and share your memories forever.
Venue fees, travel fees, and sales tax not included in package pricing. Optional add on's available upon booking.
The Stone Package

- 10 Hours of Coverage: From the moment you begin your preparations to the final celebration of your day, we’ll be there to document each meaningful moment, ensuring every detail is preserved.
- 10 Premium Photograph Prints (4x6 Size): A selection of your most cherished images printed on high-quality paper, allowing you to relive your memories in physical form.
- A Thoughtful Gift Valued at $30: A token of appreciation, chosen with care to celebrate your story with Woods Media Company.
The Gold Package

The Gold Package offers an elevated, all-encompassing experience, designed to perfectly capture every unforgettable moment of your wedding day. Here’s what’s included:
- 12 Hours of Coverage: From the early moments of preparation to the final moments of your celebration, we’ll be there to document every detail, ensuring no moment goes unnoticed.
- 20 Premium Photograph Prints (4x6 Size): A selection of your most cherished images printed on high-quality paper, allowing you to relive your memories in physical form.
- A Signature Gift Valued at $80: A token of appreciation, chosen with care to celebrate your story with Woods Media Company.
- Second Shooter: A professional second photographer will be included to ensure every angle, moment, and detail is captured, providing you with even more stunning images to treasure.
Looking for something smaller?
The Slate Package

For the intimate, the intentional, and the wildly in love.
The Slate Package is thoughtfully crafted for couples choosing a smaller, more personal celebration. This package includes up to 2 hours of coverage and is ideal for capturing your ceremony and a beautifully curated portrait session. Whether you're exchanging vows on a mountaintop, a courthouse, or in your own backyard, this experience is tailored to preserve the emotion, the elegance, and the story of your day—with the same artistry and attention to detail as a full wedding.
This package is intended for elopements, courthouse weddings, or other intimate vow exchanges. The Slate cannot be utilized for a full scale wedding and does not include an engagement session or guest photography beyond immediate family.
Wedding Gallery & Film Packages

Your love story deserves to be told through both timeless imagery and heartfelt motion. While each of our wedding gallery packages is crafted to beautifully document your day through photography, we also offer the option to add a cinematic wedding film to elevate your experience even further.
Our wedding films are artfully crafted to preserve the sounds, emotions, and fleeting moments that photography alone can’t capture—allowing you to relive your day again and again.
Wedding films can be added to gallery packages for an additional rate:
- Stone (8 Hours) – Add a wedding film for $3,500
- Marble (10 Hours) – Add a wedding film for $3,800
- Gold (12 Hours) – Add a wedding film for $4,100
Each film is professionally captured and edited with the same intentionality and artistry as our photography, ensuring a cohesive, luxury experience across both mediums.
Wedding films cannot be added on to The Slate at this time.

We'll send you a couple bookkeeping items to secure your day and then you will officially be a Woods Media Bride!
